In times like these, it feels especially important to share what I personally do to manage living when things get stressful, anxious and more and even if not everything I do is shareable or not everything that helps me is for everyone, I do still want to try and bring what good I can into the world.
The first thing (and person) I want to share is Lara Veleda Vesta.
Lara Veleda Vesta
Lara is a wonderful woman with so much knowledge she shares.
She is living in Oregon and is an artist, writer, and educator.
She creates books, classes and more on her various social media, which I will all link down below.
She lives with a chronic illness called Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/ Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

Myth as Healer Class
In this class we will restore our relationship with the greater ongoing stories, find sacred tales from our lineage that support and nourish our current transformations–or celebrate and integrate an old rite of passage that left a hole in our soul. We will find our place in the world of myth and magic, curl at the hearth of the ancient grandmothers, the Dísir, and listen as they sing to us our new names.Lara Veleda Vesta about the Myth as Healer Class. Klick.
This class was originally created to be available only for her Patreon Supporters, but as the current situation developed she opened it up for everyone.
Tomorrow the preparation for the course will start. We will work through 13 Day of Ritual Practice to have the best start to the coming class.
I am not sure how much of my thoughts during this class I will share with you, but I try to write at least a reflection about it.
